Chain scraper

Working principle

The chain oil scraper is a device that continuously removes suspended solids floating on the water surface and sludge at the bottom of the tank. The oil scraper moves along the surface and bottom of the tank, and pushes suspended solids from the inlet end of the liquid surface to the outlet end. The scraper of the oil scraper is fixed at both ends of the chain, and the oil scraper is driven by a sprocket transmission device. The oil scraper moves along the entire width of the tank, scraping pollutants into the slag discharge tank and scraping sludge into the sludge hopper.
