Vortex concave air flotation machine

The vortex concave air flotation process, as a type of air flotation technology, has a wide range of applications in water treatment and sludge treatment. It uses highly dispersed microbubbles as carriers to adhere suspended solids in wastewater, making their density lower than water and floating to the surface to achieve the same liquid separation process. It can be used for the separation of ions in water from solids to solids, solids to liquids, liquids to liquids, and even solutes. In sewage and wastewater treatment projects, air flotation has been widely used in the following areas:

(1) Oil water separation of oily wastewater in the petroleum, chemical, and machinery manufacturing industries;

(2) The recovery of useful substances in wastewater, such as pulp fibers and fillers in papermaking wastewater;

(3) Pre treatment of industrial wastewater containing suspended solids with a relative density close to 1;

(4) Replacing the secondary sedimentation tank for sludge water separation is particularly suitable for situations where sludge flocs are not easily precipitated or prone to expansion;

(5) Concentrate the remaining sludge.

In the treatment of refinery wastewater, the treatment effects of cavitation air flotation and dissolved air flotation are similar; Compared to dissolved air flotation, vortex concave flotation has the advantages of lower investment, smaller footprint, energy saving and consumption reduction, and lower operational intensity.

The vortex concave aerator directly injects "microbubbles" into the sewage without the need for pre aeration, and then evenly distributes the "microbubbles" in the sewage through the diffuser impeller, so there will be no blockage during the entire operation process. The vortex concave air flotation machine is mainly composed of a box, an aerator, a mud scraping system, etc., and does not require equipment such as pressure dissolved air, air compressor, and circulating pump.
