A series efficient fully automatic
The FA series high-efficiency fully automatic water purifier equipment is lifted by a raw water pump and added with chemicals through a static pipeline mixer. Through the guiding effect of the internal spiral blades of the mixer, automatic hydraulic mixing is carried out. After passing through the water distribution, reaction, and flocculation zones, the tiny alum particles are continuously enlarged and then passed through the double-layer inclined tube packing sedimentation zone.

The sludge flows into the sludge collection hopper by itself, and the supernatant on the upper layer of the packing flows into the filtration zone for filtration, resulting in a turbidity of the filtered water; 5NTU.
Scope of use
This device is suitable for various rivers, lakes, reservoirs, and other water sources with a raw water turbidity of 20-3000mg/l. It can serve as a water supply plant for rural areas, industrial and mining enterprises, and other units. It can also be used as a pretreatment facility for various desalination water systems.
Working principle
The water purifier is equipped with a high-level water storage tank (clean water chamber) and a backwash water tank. When the amount of dirt (alum particles) on the surface of the filter layer continues to increase, the water flux will decrease continuously. At this time, the water level in the clean water chamber continues to rise. When it reaches a certain position, it can automatically form a siphon. At this time, the water flow immediately changes direction, passes through the guide pipe and rushes upward from the bottom of the filter material, and exits through the backwash drainage outlet. The water in the water tank, along with the water from the raw water pump, will simultaneously backwash upwards to achieve the predetermined backwashing intensity. When the water in the tank drops to the lowest point, the suction pipe and the breaking bucket will be exposed to the water surface. At this time, the suction pipe will bring in air and break the siphon, immediately stopping backwashing and changing the water inlet direction to its original normal working state.
The filtration room is divided into several working rooms, each with a backwash time of 4-6 minutes. The backwashing principle is completely automated using siphon and anti siphon principles, so there is no possibility of malfunction or loss of control during operation. Only the sludge discharge needs to be completed by an electric valve, and the action of the electric valve is set by time. Generally, it opens once every 4 hours, and can be temporarily set according to the turbidity of the raw water.
