Unpowered decanter

Decanter is a specialized equipment for sewage treatment, suitable for various intermittent cycle activated sludge wastewater treatment systems During the drainage stage, the treated supernatant can be skimmed off from the surface or installed in a "regulating settling tank" to allow the settled supernatant to enter the bioreactor at a constant flow rate, achieving a stable and effective treatment effect

During aeration, the floating head is raised to prevent sludge from flowing into the drainage pipe


Structural principle:

The decanter consists of a floating inlet head, a specially designed drainage telescopic hose, a drainage bend, a control solenoid valve, and a gas hose When drainage is required (usually at a high water level), the intake solenoid valve automatically closes and the exhaust solenoid valve automatically opens. The air in the floating inlet annular air chamber is discharged, and the floating head sinks to submerge the four inlet ports, starting drainage The displacement per unit time can be adjusted with adjusting bolts within a large displacement to control the drainage time The drainage enters the expansion pipe and drainage bend pipe through the center pipe of the floating head and is discharged outside the pool. The floating head decreases with the water level, and the expansion hose gradually compresses. When it reaches the low water level, the water level signal is sent out, and the exhaust solenoid valve automatically opens to introduce compressed air (pressure ≮ 5kPa) into the annular air chamber of the floating head. The floating head rises, the inlet leaves the water surface, and the drainage stops. Excess air is discharged from the exhaust pipe, and the floating head rises with the water level in the pool until it reaches a high position, entering the next cycle

The metal components of the decanter are made of stainless steel except for the drainage bend which is made of carbon steel

Compressed air is used for the operation of the decanter, which can be directly connected to the air main pipe of the aeration tank without the need for an additional air source


Purpose:

Suitable for the supernatant discharge equipment of various intermittent circulating activated sludge treatment systems (such as SBR, CASS, etc.). In the design and processing of this equipment, the impact of water surface scum and bottom sludge layer on drainage quality was considered. A floating bucket was set up in front of the equipment's settling tank to ensure the collection of supernatant and prevent the carrying of scum and bottom sludge. It can be widely used in urban sewage treatment plants and industries such as papermaking, beer, leather making, pharmaceuticals, food, and garbage treatment for sewage treatment.

1. When placing an order, users need to provide the following parameters: reaction tank size, water depth, protection height, high water level, low water level, drainage center height, drainage capacity, and drainage time.

2. The self-control cabinet or self-control system needs to provide the number of decanters, the distance between the reaction tank control room, and other special requirements.

3. If users have special requirements, they can make partial modifications to the equipment through mutual consultation without affecting the processing effect.

5. The embedded parts shall be provided by the purchaser according to the supplier's requirements. A: Two pieces of pre embedded iron for the support legs, with dimensions of 2-800 × 400 × 16 (mm), and one piece of pre embedded iron for the electric push rod bracket, with dimensions of 700 × 300 × 12 (mm).
