Working principle
Firstly, the dry powder pneumatic lifting system is used to lift the solid dry powder from the ground and load it into the storage hopper of the dry powder feeder on the dissolution tank. After the level detector detects that the hopper is full, the lifting system automatically stops, the inlet solenoid valve automatically opens, and the flow meter measures the actual amount of water injected online. The microprocessor automatically calculates the amount of solid powder to be injected based on the actual amount of water injected and the set concentration, and then accurately controls the dry powder metering feeder to inject a certain amount of solid powder through a frequency converter.
The dry powder given from the dry powder metering and dosing machine is fully diffused and completely infiltrated through a forced dispersion and infiltration device using a hundred circular strong hydraulic jets, in order to prepare a clot free solution.
A liquid level gauge is installed inside the box to detect high and low liquid levels. When the water level rises to a high level, close the inlet solenoid valve and automatically turn on the dissolution mixer for timed dissolution and maturation process, preparing the prescribed concentration of drug solution.
The above configuration is a fully automatic process that can be automatically started as needed. The concentration of the configuration can be pre-set digitally. A low level detector is installed in the storage hopper, and the medicine can automatically alarm when it is cut off; Each link of the blending system has automatic/manual switching function, and the blending process can also be manually carried out in special circumstances.
