GLQ type mechanical filter
GLQ type mechanical filter, also known as pressure filter, uses medium filtration to remove suspended solids and mechanical impurities from water and clarify the effluent. The filter has a suspended solids content of less than 5mg/l in the effluent when the suspended solids in the influent are not greater than 20mg/l. This device can be loaded with single-layer or double-layer filter materials internally. Generally, when loading double-layer filter materials, the media are divided into anthracite and quartz sand filter materials.

Scope of use
This type of filter is widely used in water treatment processes, mainly for pre-treatment of turbidity removal, softening water, reverse osmosis, or subsequent treatment of sedimentation, air flotation and other processes. It can also be used for purification treatment of surface water, groundwater and other occasions.
Filtration speed: 8-10 m/h, single-layer filter material: quartz sand or anthracite, layer height of 1.3m. Double layer filter material: the upper smokeless coal seam is 0.5m high, and the lower quartz sand layer is 0.8m high
