Carbon steel mechanical tank, also known as mechanical filter or pressure filter, is an important component of the pre-treatment and water purification system for pure water preparation. Structure of Carbon Steel Pressure Mechanical Filter Tank:
In fact, the appearance structure of Q235 carbon steel tank consists of three parts: straight barrel, bottom head, and support foot. The internal structure is coated with epoxy or lined with adhesive, plus a water distributor (hamburger head) and a lower water distributor (claw type water distributor or partition water cap)
The function of the water dispenser is to start a uniform water distribution. The lower water dispenser is designed to prevent the filter material from leaking out.
Classification and Characteristics
The pipeline of the single flow mechanical filter is simple and runs smoothly. The filtration flow rate is generally 4-50m/n, and the operating cycle is generally 8 hours. The dual flow mechanical filter is equipped with inlet devices at both ends and outlet devices in the middle. Its advantages are a large amount of filtered water, high pollutant removal capacity, and long operating cycle, usually 20 hours. The disadvantage is that the pipeline system is complex, the operation is not very stable, and it is difficult to flush and replace materials.
