Equipment Description
Drip filter is a non submerged fixed membrane bioreactor that uses crushed stone or plastic as packing. This type of equipment is ventilated from the bottom or side and has a guided sleeping tray gas-liquid contact device inside. Its oxygenation principle is as follows:
Adopting a simple and feasible oxygenation device - a guided drip tray contact oxygenation device, can save oxygenation energy consumption. The device has a multi-layer stepped structure, with sewage entering the aerobic tank from the top and air entering from the bottom or side of the equipment. After fully contacting with countless small streams of water diverted by the sprinkler tray, it is discharged into the air as exhaust gas. The guided sprinkler tray adopts both overflow weir aeration and guided aeration technology. The overflow weir increases dissolved oxygen efficiency through multiple folds and reverse separation; Guided aeration is achieved by setting fiber filaments on the drainage material and increasing the dissolved oxygen content through the shuttle of airflow, ultimately increasing the oxygen concentration and prolonging the water spraying time. After aeration, the dissolved oxygen concentration of the sewage can reach over 2.0mg/L, fully meeting the requirements of aerobic biochemistry.
This technology is introduced from the "SBAD energy-saving domestic sewage treatment system" (project No.: BS2007126)。 This device has obtained a patent certificate (patent name: Biological Filter Tower, patent number: ZL 200820185802.4) and a high-tech product certification (product name: BNGR-SW Biological Filter Tower, product number: 09028G039N)
Performance characteristics
Adopting overflow weir aeration and guided aeration technology, the goal of oxygenation and aeration is achieved through natural processes such as water drop, cutting, and wind blowing. The treatment capacity is flexible and variable, the operating cost is low, and the management is simple.
It contains inert fillers that only serve as biological carriers, with high porosity, low resistance, and long service life, and does not require frequent replacement;
Equipped with a circulating liquid device that can adjust humidity and pH values, supply nutrients and trace elements. The biological phase is stationary while the liquid phase flows. Therefore, the microbial community on the packing can survive for a long generation cycle and degrade special gases. It can withstand larger processing loads than biological filters and has strong resistance to impact loads. The packing is not easily clogged and has a low pressure drop;
The absorption and biodegradation of pollutants are carried out in the same reactor, with simple equipment and flexible control of operating conditions.
