Purpose

The DNT belt type concentration and dewatering integrated machine is mainly used for the concentration and dewatering of residual sludge or mixed sludge in urban sewage biochemical treatment. It is an efficient dewatering equipment that forms sludge into sludge cake and can be applied to various industries such as water supply and drainage, papermaking, casting, leather, textile, chemical, food, etc.

Ptructure and principle

The equipment mainly consists of two parts: a belt thickener and a dewatering machine. After adding a coagulant, the sludge undergoes sufficient mixing reaction in the sludge mixer and flows into the gravity dewatering section. Under the action of gravity, a large amount of free water in the sludge flows out from the gaps of the filter belt and enters the water collection tank. Then it is guided by the wedge-shaped preloading section to gradually level the sludge and undergo mild compression for further dewatering. It then enters the S-shaped multi stick pressing section, where the sludge is sandwiched between the upper and lower filter cloths and repeatedly pressed by several rollers of different diameters. At this time, the sludge is sheared to promote further dewatering and form a sludge cake. Finally, the sludge cake is scraped off and transported outside by a scraper, while the upper and lower filter belts are used for further dewatering. Rinse and reuse.

Main features

3. The dehydration head rod adopts a T-shaped drainage channel, and the squeezed water flows out quickly.

4. The gravity dewatering section is designed with an inclination, and the static head of the sludge is increased, which can enhance the dewatering effect and allow the sludge to fully thicken before pressing.
