DY type belt filter press

DY type belt filter press is widely used in mechanical dewatering of sludge, with the advantages of continuous production, low power consumption, large processing capacity, and easy operation and maintenance. This machine is equipped with a long gravity dehydration zone, wedge-shaped dehydration zone, preloading dehydration zone, extrusion dehydration zone and other dehydration systems. Firstly, fully separate the free water from the sludge, and then gradually pressurize and dehydrate the sludge to achieve a better dewatering effect. This machine adopts a pneumatic system to automatically adjust the deviation and synchronously tighten the filter belt. The speed of the filter belt is infinitely adjustable, and its material is polyester monofilament, with plain weave and spiral mesh to adapt to different types of sludge and ensure the normal operation of the equipment. The whole machine is a semi enclosed box structure, and the material has undergone special anti-corrosion treatment, which has the advantages of reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, and long service life.

This system includes a host, flocculation reactor, liquid mixer, liquid quantitative pump, sludge variable pump, cleaning water pump, air compressor, belt conveyor or screw conveyor, centralized control box, etc. It can achieve flocculation, dosing, sludge transportation, filter belt cleaning, and automatic control during the sludge dewatering process.

Scope of use

Mainly used for sludge dewatering in water supply and drainage engineering, reducing its volume to facilitate further landfill, incineration and other treatment scenarios.
